The washing plant operator guarantees that vehicles will be cleaned in an orderly and careful fashion according to the latest advancements in vehicle washing technology. The customer must make all and any claims for rectification of unsatisfactory cleaning immediately upon leaving the washing plant.

The staff of the washing plant shall refuse all vehicles whose use of the washing plant, under the particular circumstances perceived by the staff at the time, may lead to damage.

Users of the washing plant are obliged to inform the staff in a timely manner of all circumstances that may result in damage to the vehicle in the plant.

The washing plant operator is liable to compensate all such damages sustained by the user, which the former could have avoided by exercising reasonable care.

If damages occur as a result of the washing process in the plant, the washing plant operator is liable for any direct damages. Indirect damages will not be compensated, unless the washing plant operator is liable for gross negligence.

Liability for damages to parts affixed to the vehicle's bodywork, e.g. mirrors, aerials, and resulting damage are scratches to the paintwork, are excluded unless the washing plant operator is liable for gross negligence.

Liability for damages caused by non-adherence to clearly displayed signs at the entrance and user instructions is excluded, unless the washing plant operator is liable for gross negligence.

Claims for obvious damages can only be asserted if reported to the responsible plant manager before the premises are left and documented in writing.
